Program Specific Prerequisites
Complete and satisfy score requirements on the Entrance Assessment administered by the Testing Center.
High school students should coordinate with their high school counselors prior to registration.
Required Immunizations
MMR (2 series)
Hepatitis B (3 series) or Heplisav (2 Series)
Varicella (2 series)
TDAP (less than 10 years old)
TB test (less than 1 year old)
Immunization records must be submitted through Verified Credentials at least three business days prior to registration.
