To create your MTECH student account prior to applying to the LPN program, you must complete the Entrance Assessment and meet the minimum required scores as administered by the Testing Center. If eligible, the exam requirement may be waived by the steps outlined at https://mtec.edu/entrance-assessment/.

Completion of the following courses from a regionally accredited institution with a C grade or better:

• Anatomy with lab

• Physiology with lab

• Human Growth and Development OR Psychology

NOTE: Beginning in January 2026 the Integrated Anatomy and Physiology class from Weber State University will not satisfy the application requirement for Anatomy and Physiology.
